This Privacy Agreement has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and other regulatory acts of Ukrainian legislation that govern legal relations related to the collection, processing, and storage of personal data, as well as citizens' rights to privacy and freedom of expression.
The "KentPaket.ua" team, caring about the development of relationships with customers and understanding the importance of ensuring the protection of your personal data, has prepared this Privacy Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy," and the terms of use of the website https://kentpaket.ua, hereinafter referred to as the "Site," to resolve possible contradictions and misunderstandings.
Please carefully read this document, as the information contained herein is important to you as a User of the Site.
DEFINITIONS
1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. "Site Administration" refers to authorized employees managing the Site on behalf of the "KentPaket" team—sellers offering their goods on the "KENTPAKET.UA" website—who organize the processing of personal data, determine the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, and actions or operations performed with personal data.
1.1.2. "Personal Data" refers to any information that relates directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable individual (subject of personal data).
1.1.3. "Processing of Personal Data" refers to any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using automated means or without using such means with Personal Data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision of access), deletion, blocking, destruction of personal data.
1.1.4. "Confidentiality of Personal Data" is a mandatory requirement for the Site Administration or another person who has obtained access to the User's Personal Data to not disclose it without the consent of the subject of Personal Data or other legal grounds.
1.1.5. "User of the KENTPAKET.UA Site" refers to a person who has access to the Site via the Internet and uses the "KENTPAKET.UA" site.
1.1.6. "Cookies" refers to a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the User's computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server in an HTTP request each time an attempt is made to open a page of the respective site.
1.1.7. "IP Address" refers to a unique address of a node in a computer network built on the IP protocol.
SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
2.1. By using the site or purchasing the products offered on the site, hereinafter referred to as "Products," and responding to the necessary questions during registration on the site and/or ordering products, the user confirms that they consent to "KENTPAKET.UA" and their authorized persons (site administration) to process personal data, and confirms that the user is an adult.
2.2. The User consents to the Site Administration processing the received information, including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, improvement (updating, correction), use, distribution, anonymization, blocking, destruction of personal data specified during registration, for the purpose of forming a database of participants, compiling statistical reports, conducting marketing research, as well as interacting with the user through telecommunication networks, including sending SMS messages and emails, until such consent is revoked.
2.3. The User confirms their consent to the Site Administration interacting with the User through direct contact using various communication means, including but not limited to postal mail, email, Internet, and others.
2.4. Personal data authorized for processing within this Privacy Policy includes (but is not limited to) the following information:
2.4.1. Account information of the User (email address).
2.4.2. Information about the User's geographic location, device, operating system, IP address, and browser.
2.4.3. Personal data of the User: full name, delivery address, contact phone numbers, etc.
2.4.4. The User's payment data.
2.4.5. Other information about the user (history of site visits, viewed pages, information related to the User's purchases on the site, information left by the User in messages, and other information).
PURPOSES OF COLLECTING AND PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
3.1. The Site Administration uses the User's Personal Information (data) for the following purposes:
3.1.1. To identify the User who places an order and enters into a Purchase Agreement for the product remotely.
3.1.2. To provide effective customer support to the User.
3.1.3. To provide personalized services to the User.
3.1.4. To contact the User, including sending notifications, requests, and information regarding the use of services, providing services, as well as processing requests and applications from the User.
3.1.5. To improve the quality of services, convenience of use, develop new services and products. 3.1.6. For informational distribution, as well as for the client’s personalization of the Site.
3.1.7. To provide Users with information about products offered by "KENTPAKET.UA", to respond to User inquiries, and to fulfill "KENTPAKET.UA" obligations to consumers/purchasers of goods: sending products purchased on the Site, informing about the order status, delivering invoices for payment of goods, and informing about the availability of goods in stock. 3.1.8. To conduct statistical, analytical, and other research, market analysis based on anonymized data, compile reports, and more.
CATEGORIES OF DATA COLLECTED
4.1. The categories of Personal Data collected by the Site (either independently or through third parties) include: cookies, network usage data, as well as other Personal Data authorized for processing according to clause 2.4. of this Privacy Policy.
4.2. Personal Data may be provided by the User independently, or its collection may be automatically carried out by the Site when the User uses the Site. Unless otherwise specified, the Site https://kentpaket.ua uses Cookies (or other tracking tools) to identify Users and remember their global configuration settings solely for the purpose of providing services required by the User.
4.3. Users are responsible for Personal Data of third parties that they obtain, publish, or provide to others using the Site, and confirm that they have the consent of the third party to provide information about them to the Site Administration.
METHODS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
5.1. The processing of the User's Personal Data is carried out without a time limit by any lawful means, including in information systems of Personal Data using automated means or without using such means.
5.2. The User agrees that the Site Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, including courier services, postal organizations, telecommunication operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User's order placed on the Site, including the delivery of goods.
USER RIGHTS
6.1. Users have the right to:
6.1.1. Request information from the Site Administration about whether their Personal Data has been retained.
6.1.2. Contact the Site Administration to learn about the content and origin of this data.
6.1.3. Verify the accuracy or request a supplement to the data.
6.1.4. Delete, update, or correct their data.
6.1.5. Block any data retained unlawfully.
6.1.6. Object to the processing of their data on all legal grounds.
6.2. Relevant requests should be sent by the User to the Site Administration at the address provided in the contact information on the site.
6.3. The User also has the right to unsubscribe from the Site's informational mailing via email or messenger.

7.1. The Site collects information about the User's visit to the site to obtain visit statistics and assess the effectiveness of their use, to create a personalized approach, and adapt to each user's interests. We do this through various technologies, one of which is cookies. 7.2. MISCELLANEOUS
9.1. The Site Administration reserves the right to update, modify, or change this Privacy Policy at any time, but it does not reduce the rights of Users without their express consent. Any changes to the Privacy Policy will be published on this page. For significant changes, we will provide a more prominent notice, such as a pop-up window or notification.
