Delivery time is 1-2 days depending on the region, all orders are processed as quickly as possible and fast shipping is possible.
Exchange and return
The exchange and return of goods is carried out under the general conditions of the provisions of the law of Ukraine. The product can be exchanged or returned if:
- It was not used.
- The appearance of the product is completely preserved, all the elements that were included in the set.
- The settlement document has been preserved.
- The product should be free of hair and other small debris.
- There should also be no smell of perfume, etc.
In order to exchange the size or return the product, write to us by mail or Instagram. We will help with this. Delivery is paid by the client.
If we made a mistake with the size or sent the product with a defect, then we pay for all deliveries. The exchange is also carried out at our expense.
